Use of the service
You may use ZepAI only for lawful business purposes and must follow the policies of connected platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, Google, and payment providers. You are responsible for the content, contacts, campaigns, and credentials you add to your workspace.
Account responsibilities
You must keep login credentials secure, maintain accurate business information, and ensure your team has permission to access the data and integrations connected to ZepAI.
Messaging and consent
You are responsible for obtaining consent before sending marketing or transactional messages and for honoring opt-outs, platform rules, and applicable privacy or telecom regulations.
AI-generated content
AI outputs are drafts and recommendations. Review messages, posts, replies, and automations before publishing or sending them, especially when they include offers, prices, legal claims, health claims, or regulated information.
Service availability
We work to keep ZepAI reliable, but availability may depend on third-party APIs, hosting providers, connected business accounts, app review status, billing status, and platform policy changes.
