ZepAI helps businesses manage WhatsApp, Meta, Google Business, CRM, campaigns, and AI workflows. This policy explains how we handle data used to provide those services.
Information we collect
We collect account details, organization details, contact and lead records, campaign content, integration metadata, support messages, billing status, and usage events needed to operate the platform. When you connect Meta, WhatsApp, Google, or similar services, we store only the access data required to provide the requested integration.
How we use information
We use data to authenticate users, sync connected business accounts, deliver WhatsApp and marketing workflows, generate AI-assisted content, provide reporting, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Data sharing
We do not sell customer data. We share data only with service providers needed to run ZepAI, connected platforms you authorize, payment processors, and legal or security authorities when required.
Security
ZepAI uses tenant isolation, server-side secrets, encrypted integration tokens, access controls, signed webhooks, and audit-friendly logging patterns. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we design the platform to reduce exposure and protect business data.
Your choices
You can disconnect integrations, delete imported contacts where supported, request export or deletion, and manage account access from the app. Some operational records may be retained where required for security, compliance, billing, or dispute prevention.
