This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with ZepAI and connected Meta or business integrations.
How to request deletion
Email zepaiteam@gmail.com from the account email used with ZepAI and include your workspace name, connected business account, and the data you want deleted. We may ask for verification before processing the request.
What we delete
On valid requests, we delete or anonymize account data, imported contacts, integration records, campaign drafts, and other workspace data where deletion is technically and legally available.
Connected platforms
Disconnecting Meta, WhatsApp, Google, or other integrations in ZepAI stops future sync where supported. You may also need to remove ZepAI directly from the connected platform's business settings.
Retention
Some records may be retained for a limited period when needed for security, abuse prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.
